Tracking Numbers:
Your FedEx or DHL tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also get your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under My Account tab on the top of the page. You only need to sign up once, for future orders just remember your e-mail address and password. You don't need to sign up again. Just login to your account to place additional orders, get tracking numbers, and invoice(s).

So, if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us according to the directions below for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping). No prior authorization is needed within 30 days.
P.O. Box Address:
As of 2004 all P.O. Box shipments will be shipped within 2-5 days of the order. There will be no additional charge for P.O. Box shipments just the normal shipping will apply to all continental U.S. shipments. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be charged an additional shipping, depending on the weight of the package. The label on the box will have the actual shipping cost of the package.
Can I ship my order to a different state or address from my billing address?
All orders that consist of two different address will be delayed until your order has been verified. We at All American Biker apologize if this may cause any inconvenience, the delay is usually less the 24 hours.
APO FPO (All other U.S. Military) We are NO longer accepting Orders that are being shipped to APO or FPO Addresses. All orders received with an APO or FPO Address will be cancelled Immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Hawaii & Alaska Customers :
Orders can be placed online using FedEx 2nd day air. We also ship by U.S. Priority Mail which is about $12.95-14.95 (depending on the weight of the package). If you wish to have your package sent by U.S. Priority Mail please specify the method of shipping in the comments section when processing your order. There will be a $10.00 additional charge for orders placed that are being shipped to Alaska & Hawaii. It is not possible to offer the flat rate shipping as FedEx and UPS do not give us that shipping rate.

NO International Orders: Return Policy/ExchangeYou have 30 days to exchange or 30 days return any item. For the fastest and easiest service, please follow these guidelines:
1. List The Item(s) that you are returning
2. Note the reason for the return or exchange.
3. If you are exchanging an item please check our site for stock availability and let us know what you would like to
replace the item with.
4. We highly recommend packages that are being sent back to our warehouse be sent by UPS Ground or FedEx,
or any carrier that can provide tracking information. Please keep the tracking number for your records.
5. We do not refund shipping charges on Returned orders.

Cancelling / Forwarding Orders
All American Biker reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. Customers will be charged a fee of $5-$10 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carrier. Due to or volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts, please call to cancel any orders within 1-12 hours, however we cannot promise we will be able to locate and cancel your package. There will be a $10 charges for all cancelled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment.
Our goal is to provide each of our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for exchange, store credit, or money back refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. No item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for refund or exchange. We thank you for the opportunity to show you how much we can save you. There is no reason to pay retail when you can pay far less.
